A lone white rhino powering through a dusty landscape. in 2022 only two northern white rhinos remain under careful vigilance in Kenya. Thankfully, numbers of the southern white rhino and other rhino species are increasing thanks to spectacular conservation efforts, however relentless poaching for the illegal trade of their horn remains their biggest threat.
Over 200 hours of drawing has gone into this piece with each crease of skin drawn one at a time using fine ink pens and then finally shaded with black pastel. The original size is 56cm x 76cm (so a fraction under A1)
This is a stricly limited run of superior quality fine art giclee prints. Available in 5 sizes, each one is printed to order on natural white, museum grade, archival heavy weight paper, individually signed and numbered by hand.
